RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to achieve the highest quality of tailoring and details on all our garments. We also work closely with our delivery partners to ensure that you receive your pieces in a timely fashion and in great condition. However, in case you have an issue with the garment that you receive, please follow our policy below:

We do not offer refunds but your product is eligible for an exchange or a voucher in the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
  • The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
  • The garment is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece.
  • Please note that if any garment has been customised for size, colour, embroidery etc, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Any sale item is also not eligible for a return or an exchange.

If your garment meets the above criteria for exchange, please email us on support@salviasky.com sharing the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Delivery address
  3. Specify the reason for the exchange request, sharing images in case of a defective or incorrect piece.

Our team will verify the defects, after which we will email or contact you for necessary action. The product must be received within ten days from the day of contact from our team. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unword and the original tags are in place.

Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address

We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner. If you feel that you have given us the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order for a correction of address with your order number.

Colours

We have made every effort to ensure that the colours of our products appear accurately on our website. However, with screens being different for different computers, mobiles and tablets, there might be a slight variation in colour.

Request for Alteration

Please refer to our size chart before making a purchase and feel free to contact us in case of any questions or queries relating to sizing. In case of any customisations to the size, we’d be happy to accommodate your changes. Please write to us on support@salviasky.com requesting the same.

In case of an alteration in your garment post a purchase, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the garment to raise a request for alteration, stating the changes required.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept exchange requests based on color differences or fabric material variations.

Exchange Process:

  1. Request Submission: Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery via email at support@salviasky.com or whatsapp at +91 7898508854.
  2. Direct Shipping (Optional): If you prefer to send the product yourself, our team will provide you with the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use reputable courier services, as we are not responsible for any loss during transit.
  3. Reverse Pickup: Once the exchange request is received, our team will arrange for reverse pickup.
  4. Quality Inspection and Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the new size within 7-10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, we will process your refund as a voucher (within 10 to 15 business days) will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 90 days.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations:

  • Prepaid and COD Orders: You can cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a voucher or replace the item with another product of equal value.

Salvia Sky Cancellations:

  • Reasons: We may cancel orders due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.
  • Refunds: For prepaid orders canceled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.

Cancellation Charges:

  • Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% charge (payment gateway fees).

Voucher Validity:

Vouchers issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 90 days.

Missing or Damaged Items

Report Immediately: If you receive an item that is damaged or missing, we kindly ask that you report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your package. Your prompt communication will help us assist you more effectively.

Proof Required: To assist us in processing your claim efficiently, please provide an unboxing video along with photographs of both the item and its packaging, including all the tags.

Resolution: Our dedicated customer care team will thoroughly review your claim and strive to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience during this process!

Refund Policy

No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.
