RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to achieve the highest quality of tailoring and details on all our garments. We also work closely
with our delivery partners to ensure that you receive your pieces in a timely fashion and in great condition.
However, in case you have an issue with the garment that you receive, We would be happy to offer returns &
exchanges for items within 7 days of order delivery as long as long they are adhering to any of the following
conditions:

  • An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
  • The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
  • The garment is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in
    the same piece.
  • SALE products can only be exchanged with another size if available, otherwise will initiate
    credit points for the same price for future purchase.
  • Please note that if any garment has been customized for size, it will not be eligible for a return or
    exchange.

If your garment meets the above criteria for exchange, please email us on support@salviasky.com sharing
the following details:

1. Order number
2. Delivery address
3. Specify the reason for the exchange request, sharing images in case of a defective or incorrect piece.

Our team will verify the defects, after which we will email or contact you for necessary action. The product
must be received within seven days from the day of contact from our team. Please ensure that the product
you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are in place.

Incase of a Defect in the Product

We request you to intimate us within 24 hours of receiving the order with the real images/videos with the price tag of the product received.
Once our team sees and verifies the defect, we will then investigate the case and be in touch with you with the best available resolution. When we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality check and if it is verified exchange will be processed. Item is eligible for a return/ exchange request only if there is a manufacturer defect.
Any such complaint raised after 24 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.

Incase of Incomplete Order

We request you to intimate us within 24 hours of receiving the order with the unboxing video & the price tag of the product received. Kindly get in touch with us at support@salviasky.com or +91-7898508854, we’ll schedule the pickup for it.
Once our team sees and verifies the incomplete order, we will then investigate the case and be in touch with you with the best available resolution. Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only if there is a manufacturer defect.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Order is eligible for a refund request only if there is a manufacturer defect. The product(s) will first go through a quality check at our end. Once it clears the check, the refund process will be initiated and will initiate the refund.
In case the product does not meet our quality check, we will not be able to process the refund.
We would not allow any monetary exchanges for even damaged products.
We can offer you credit points/Gift Card instead of refunds. You can use your credit points/gift card on future
purchases from Salvia.

Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address

We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete address, or if there are
three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner. If you feel that you have given us the wrong delivery
address, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order for a correction of address
with your order number.

Request for Alteration

Please refer to our size chart before making a purchase and feel free to contact us in case of any questions
or queries relating to sizing. In case of any customisations to the size, we’d be happy to accommodate your
changes. Please write to us on support@salviasky.com requesting the same.
In case of an alteration in your garment post a purchase, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the
garment to raise a request for alteration, stating the changes required.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed.
